Two years ago, our team received several requests to make custom braces and prosthetics for dogs from the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna. This marked the birth of Kplusanimal. We are working together with a wide range of veterinarians who helped us improve our products to the highest of standards.
Here are a few of them:
1) Separate the two fasteners on the brace completely before inserting the dog’s leg.
2) Insert the brace very carefully. Once inserted, raise the brace to tightly fit the thigh.
3) Wrap and adjust the straps. Ensure they secure the brace well. Adjust lower strap for comfort.
4) Slowly introduce the brace and check it often for irritation. Remove during rest time.

How to return an order?
You have 30 days from the order date to make a return. You can return the product you do not want as long as it is in good condition.
Custom-made items and hinge splints are not returnable since they are custom made for each customer.
Customers must bear the cost of shipping products back to us for either a refund or return. We do not offer return labels so the following instructions must be followed for us to offer a refund.

Remember: The ORIGINAL invoice NEEDS to be in the RETURN PACKAGE. Furthermore, the same name has to be on the packaging. Otherwise, we might not find your package.
